ELIZABETHTOWN — Mr. Malcolm Franklin Jones, 85, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C.  Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Lambert and Mary Belle Jones; two sisters, Tessie Johnson and Lois Anderson; and two brothers, Colon Jones and Hardy Lee Jones.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 2 p.m., at Elizabethtown Baptist Church with Dr. Bob Bailey and Rev. D. L. Page officiating. Burial will follow in the Cypress Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Surviving Mr. Jones are his wife, Mary S. Jones of the home; two children, Stanley Jones and Brenda J. Graham; two grandchildren, Brandon and Briana Graham; two sisters, Mary Miles and Fannie Putman; and a brother, Arnold Jones.

A visitation will be held prior to the service on Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Christian Activity Center at Elizabethtown Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Fla. 33607-1460.
