The Elizabethtown branch of Interim HealthCare has received national recognition for its high patient satisfaction scores. The Quality Award was announced at the Interim HealthCare Clinical Symposium last month in Albuquerque, N. M.
"We have always valued quality service and have considered our existing clients to be our most important, so these high ratings really please us,” said Stephen M. Smith, company president.
The Elizabethtown branch received Exemplary Status for exceeding the National Percentage of Satisfaction on 13 of 15 indicators related to patient care. Senior Director of Operations Phyllis Nealey, R.N., received the award on behalf of the company.
“These offices have consistently demonstrated that our health care team answers our patients’ questions and helps them to better manage their own care,”
