ELIZABETHTOWN - Tom Hopkins Sr., 86, of 2909 Dyson Street, died Tuesday, September 20, at Bladen County Hospital.
The funeral service will be held Sunday at 3 p. m. at First Baptist Church of Elizabethtown with Rev. Harry McGill Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown.
Mr. Hopkins is survived by three sons, Tom Hopkins Jr., James W. Hopkins and Larry D. Hopkins; three sisters, Janie May Taylor, Irene Farmer and Rosella McKenzie; and 13 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a. m. till 6 p. m. at F. W. Newton and Sons Mortuary in Elizabethtown.
Newton is handling the arrangements.
