HARRELLS - Danny Ray Bledsoe, 71, of 4041 Mote Road, died Sunday April 10, at Bladen County Hospital.
He was a native of Bladen County and was a son of the late Judson Manley and Alma Tatum Bledsoe. He was retired from the Highway Maintenance Department of the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The funeral will be conducted today (Tuesday) at 4 p. m. at Colly Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. James Woodruff officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Bledsoe is survived by two daughters, Janet Lockamy of Harrells and Pam Smith of Kelly; two sisters, Juanita Hester of Bladenboro and Geraldine Butler of Elizabethtown; and three grandchildren.
Butler Funeral Home of Roseboro handled the arrangements.
