Dr. and Mrs. Mack Roberts of Dublin announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Carroll Roberts of Raleigh, to Randall Andrews Purvis, also of Raleigh. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Purvis of Battleboro. An October 23 wedding is planned for 12 o'clock noon at Judson Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
