BLADENBORO - Thelma Guyton Brisson, 90, of 1980 Center Road, Bladenboro, died Tuesday, July 20, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dellon Brisson and four daughters, Lorene Robeson, Emma Dell Stough, Velma Brisson and Trina Brisson.
The funeral was held Thursday, July 22, at 3 p.m. in Bethlehem Holiness Church, Bladenboro, with Reverends Vernon Hewitt and Johnny Guyton officiating. Burial followed in the Brisson Family Cemetery in Bladenboro.
Mrs. Brisson is survived by one daughter, Elva Coward of Bladenboro; four sons, Claudie Brisson, Thomas Brisson, Ellis Brisson and Elbert Brisson, all of Bladenboro; one sister, Laura Jackson of Tennessee, 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
