White Lake Police Chief Bruce Smith said a second woodstove was recovered earlier this week and returned to its owner.
"We still aren't sure who owns all this stuff," Smith said.
Albert Gary Flynn of Atkinson was arrested April 12 after authorities discovered stolen jet skis, trailers, golf carts, tools and even a model sailboat at his home and another location.
Officers from White Lake, Sampson, Bladen and Pender counties have been working on the case.
Smith said the value of the stolen goods is estimated to be in excess of $20,000. Flynn, who was released on a $12,500 secured bond, could face additional charges.
The majority of the goods have been identified and returned, Smith said, but authorities are still searching for the owners of some large and small items.
Most of the goods were taken from homes around White Lake, between August 2003 and March.
"If people contact us and can identify their property," Smith said, "we can help them get it home."
The number at the police department is 862-4057.
The investigation is continuing.
