Packer says the Curves program offers women a way to keep fit and help break the weight loss cycle with what she calls "a common sense weight loss program."
She says the environment offers a "comfortable, welcoming place where real women work out." She says the concept helps women because it is designed so women "can encourage and support one another while moving around the circuit."
She points out that the diseases related to being overweight and lack of exercise are taking staggering tolls on Americans and that the simple workouts at Curves of Elizabethtown can be an effective way to help combat diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, and others.
"We look forward to helping women in this community reach amazing results--both physical and emotional--through our Curves Workout Program and support network," she said.
