The game stayed close through out the first with the Lady Knights pulling away in the second half.
West Bladen took a 4-0 lead early off baskets by Tashama Banner and Allie Nance but the game was tied five times during the period with the quarter ending with West Bladen on top 15-14.
West Columbus never managed to get the lead, but kept the contest close in the second quarter.
West Bladen never led by more than four points until Tracey Wilkins hit a free throw after time expired in the first half giving the Lady Knights a five-point lead, 29-24.
Over the first six minutes of the third quarter, the Lady Knights went on a 10-2 run, upping their lead to 41-26.
The third quarter ended with West Bladen on top 43-28 after the Lady Knights held West Columbus to only four points in the period.
The Lady Vikings managed to trim the deficit to 45-34 early in the final period before the Lady Knights went on a 12-2 run to end the contest.
The win upped West Bladen's record to 2-0.
Banner led the Lady Knights with 16 points and Kayla Davis chipped in with 11. Dee Dee Platt paced the Lady Vikings with eight points.
