LUMBERTON - Sallie Ann Purvis,63, died Wednesday, September 10, at Duke University Hospital.
She was a homemaker who had resided in Plant City, Florida, before moving to Lumberton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Robert Purvis, and her parents, M. G. Glass and Callie K. Glass.
The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a. m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Lumberton, with the Rev. Charles Brust officiating. Burial will follow in Singletary Cemetery, Bladenboro.
Mrs. Purvis is survived by two sons, Hank Purvis of Dunn and Paul Purvis of Lumberton; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held for one hour at the church prior to the service.
