Mr. and Mrs. Richard Williams of Elizabethtown announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly J. Williams, to George Franklin Hargrove of Clarkton. He is the son of George Fredrick Hargrove of Bladenboro and Connie Thompson of Clarkton. An August 23 wedding is planned for six o'clock in the evening at White Lake Baptist Church.
