DUBLIN - Lydia Brisson Edge, of NC 410, died Wednesday, April 23, at Bladen County Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 3 p. m. at Community Baptist Church with the Revs. Robert Ohlmann and Cameron McGill officiating. Burial will follow in Brisson Cemetery off N. C. 41 west of Bladenboro.
Mrs. Edge is survived by six daughters, Mildred Guyton, Ernestine Guyton and Emma Jean Pait, all of Bladenboro, Mary Lois Ramsey of Guntersville, Ala., George Blake of Knoxville, Tenn., and Wilma Grace Hamil of Dublin; three sons, Nelson Brisson Jr., William Dale Brisson, and James Ronald Brisson, all of Dublin; 22 grandchildren, Vickie Koon, Gary Guyton, Joel Guyton, Timmy Guyton, Kristin Clyde, John Ramsey, Pam Wynn, Fred Guyton, Beverly Guyton, Dr. Michael Blake, Leslie Seen, Gregory Guyton, Tammy Beacum, Rodney Guyton, Billy Pait Jr., Cammille Villagomez, David Pait, Andrew Pait, Kenneth Brisson, Alan Dale Brisson, Christopher Brisson, and Nikki Brisson.
Visitation will be held tonight (Friday) from 7 till 9 p. m. at Community Baptist Church.
Flowers will be appreciated, but memorials are suggested to Bladenboro Community Christian Academy in honor of Lydia Brisson Edge.
The arrangements are being handled by Lewis-Bowen Funeral Home of Bladenboro.
