Bladenboro-area resident Ronald Allen was one of 74 employees of Southeastern Regional Medical Center employees who were honored at the organization's annual service banquet this year.

Allen, who was honored for having completed 35 years of service, is SRMC's Materials Management Director.

SRMC President Luckey Welsh presented service pins and gifts during the after-dinner ceremony held in the Medical Center's cafeteria.

Other employees from Bladen County who were recognized at the banquet were: Louise Cromartie of Bladenboro, who works in Central Services; Doris Carroll (Lennon) of Bladenboro, who works in Patient Financial Services; and Deborah Ferguson of White Oak, who works in Patient Care Services.

Others include Timothy Miller of Bladenboro, who works in Medical Imaging. Thelma Robeson of Elizabethtown, who works in the Medical Laboratory; and Kimberly Schilling and Brenda Smith, both of whom work in Endoscopy and are from Bladenboro.
