Bladen Community College's Skills USA VICA Chapter is sponsoring the first ever Miss Bladen Community College Pageant on Tuesday, March 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the multipurpose building on the campus of Bladen Community College.

Admission is $3 per person, and funds raised will be used to cover the travel and lodging of twenty-four BCC students to participate in the state Skills USA VICA competitions.

The pageant will consist of interview, evening gown, and sportswear competition. Brenda Storms will be the mistress of ceremonies, and entertainment will be provided by Sabra Jessup, Little Miss White Lake Water Festival Queen. The Blues Brothers will make a surprise visit during the pageant to add to the entertainment provided by Sabra and Storms.

The staff at BCC invites everyone to this "fun-filled event" on March 12.
