WILFORD JAMES (JAY) KING, JR.

ELIZABETHTOWN -Wil-ford James (Jay) King, Jr., died Wednesday, January 30, at Duke Medical Center. He was 57.

Preceded in death by his par-ents, Wilford James King, Sr., and Ethel Singletary King, he was owner and operator of King Service Center and was a retired teacher from Tar Heel High School. He was also a Sunday School teacher, Deacon and choir member of First Baptist Church of Dublin.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Dublin with Rev. Cameron McGill officiat-ing. Burial will follow in Allen Cemetery.

Mr. King is survived by his wife, Brenda M. King; four daughters, Sonya K. Guyton and Michelle King, both of Dublin, Crystal King of Oak Island, and Crystal King of Southport; two sisters, Harriette King and Jacqueline Sessoms, both of Ocean Isle; and three grandchildren.

A visitation will be held to-night (Friday) from 7 until 9 p. m. at Kinlaw Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
