Clarkton DYB haunted house open

CLARKTON — The annual Clarkton Dixie Youth Baseball’ Haunted House will be open Friday, Saturday and Monday — 7 p.m. to midnight each day.
Admission is $5 and is located at the same old farm house at the corner of N.C. 211 and White McEwen Road about 3 miles west of Clarkton.
All proceeds go toward operating costs for the upcoming season.

E’town Middle fundraiser reset
ELIZABETHTOWN — Elizabethtown Middle School Booster Club’s annual Reverse Raffle at the Elizabethtown Middle School has been rescheduled for Saturday, Nov. 5.
The dinner will be at 6 p.m. and the raffle starts at 7 p.m.
Donation are $50 and includes two dinners. Drawing will be for $2,000, $1,000 and $500. You do not have to be present to win.
