ROCKY POINT — A big finish by Heidi Trask doomed visiting East Bladen on Wednesday, as the Eagles dropped a Four County Conference tilt, 64-45.
The loss puts East Bladen at 4-8 overall and 1-3 in the conference.
The Titans got balanced scoring to open the game and manufactured a 21-14 edge after the first quarter.
The Eagles responded with some long-range shooting, as Adonis Avery and Demetrius Wooten each drained three-pointers, but Heidi Trask outscored the Eagles by an 18-14 margin and took a 39-28 lead into halftime.
East Bladen opened the second half with a 12-5 burst that cut the deficit to 44-40, but the Titans answered with a 9-0 run and closed the third quarter with a 53-40 lead.
Down the stretch, Heidi Trasked outscored the Eagles 11-5 to seal the win.
Ethan Hines led East Bladen with 13 points.
