DUBLIN — Visiting Heidi Trask used a big fourth quarter to get past West Bladen on Monday in a Four County Conference matchup, 65-54.
The Knights opened the game by outscoring the Titans 21-17 through the first quarter, but the offense went away in the second stanza and Heidi Trask pulled to within 30-29 by intermission.
Neither team could light up the scoreboard in the third quarter, instead battling each other on ever possession until the Titans took a slim 11-10 win in the period and knotted the game at 40-40 with 8 minutes to play.
Heidi Trask then exploded down the stretch, outscoring West Bladen by a 25-14 margin to seal the conference win.
Stefan McDonald led the Knights with 14 points, while Keyshawn Lewis scored nine points, Shaquille Johnson added eight points and Will Lambeth contributed seven points. McDonald, Lewis and Lambeth each drained a three-pointer for West Bladen.
