ELIZABETHTOWN — Balanced scoring helped lead East Bladen to a 9-0 mercy-rule win over visiting Union on Tuesday.

The Lady Eagles took a 7-0 advantage into halftime and added two more in the second half to seal the match early.

Seven East Bladen players scored goals — Hannah Devane scored two, Justyna Gargala scored two and single scores came from Patience Ward, Lexi Mendell, Victoria Pridgeon, Ashton Magby and Sarah Johnson.

Ashley Hardin had five assists in the game for the Lady Eagles, while Gargala and Devane had one assist each.

East Bladen is now 8-2 overall and 4-2 in the conference.
