The annual East Bladen High School reverse raffle winner was Judy Harrelson, city executive of Wells Fargo. She won $4,000 and donated it back to the school through Booster Club member Ricky Leinwand. Also, Dennis Troy won $2,000 in the reverse raffle. Leinwand said 240 tickets were sold for this year’s event, which raises money for the athletic department. The raffle generates about $15,000 per year.
