Love was in the air Tuesday at the Bladen County Magistrate’s Office. Derrick Allen and Jasmine Freeman decided to get married for Valentine’s Day. Freeman said she has always wanted to be married on Valentine’s Day. The couple decided to go to the magistrate’s office and spoke their vows on Tuesday afternoon.
