Bladen County Animal Shelter would like to thank all of those that donated items after Hurricane Matthew. We had a wonderful response from the community as well as out of state donations.
We are very grateful that people shared their compassion of animals with our shelter animals and those animals we boarded after the storm.
Your donations will affect so many lives of animals in our shelter. You are welcome to come by the shelter and meet some of the animals that benefit from your donations. The office hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m.
Bladen County Animal Shelter also would like to encourage anyone wishing to volunteer at the shelter to call or come by for a volunteer application. The contact phone number is 910-862-6918.
