CHIPLEY, Fla. — The West Bladen Knights took a heartbreaking loss today in the Dixie Pre-Majors World Series, ending their run in the double-elimination tournament.

West Bladen came up a run short when they fell to the Arkansas champions, 3-2.

Chandler (Lennon) pitched a great game for us, but just didn’t hit the ball well — and when we did, it was right at someone,” said assistant coach Steve Pastore.

The loss gave the Knights a 1-2 record in the tournament after a 10-0 loss to South Carolina in the opener and 15-0 win over Georgia in the second game.
