— Living Springs Church will host the annual Bladen County Walk for Christ, starting at the Bladen County Courthouse at 10 a.m. There will be prayer, various speakers, music and fellowship. All walk participants are asked to wear a white T-shirt.

July 17

— A special Law Enforcement Day will be hosted by White Lake Baptist Church during the morning Worship Service to show appreciation to those serving in law enforcement with a special time of prayer. The congregation invites all law enforcement to come to the service dressed in uniform, and the invitation is extended to the families and all 911 dispatchers. — Oak Grove OFWB Church on Oak Grove Church Road in Bladenboro will be holding Vacation Bible School today through July 22 from 6-9 p.m. each night. Everyone — from youth to adults — is invited to attend.

— Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church will hold it’s summer revival today through Friday, July 22. — The missionaries of Sandhill Missionary Baptist Church will take the lead in celebrating Women’s Day. All women are asked to wear white and men will wear aprons and feed the women.

— Come with us on a Bible School “Submerged” adventure like no other, deep within the mysterious depths of the deep blue sea. Kids submerge themselves in God’s Word and discover that Jesus didn’t just see what’s on the outside; He looked deep down on the inside. So put on your goggles, and dive in to find truth below the surface. “Submerged” Vacation Bible School begins today and will continue through July 28, from 6-8 p.m. each night.
