ELIZABETHTOWN — In an unusually slow week, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office’s victim and arrest report for Oct. 30 through Nov. 6 shows a total of 14 victims of potential crime and 20 arrests.


The list of victims’ calls included four for physical and/or verbal assault, two for larceny, two for alarms and one for drugs.


The following are the more important and/or interesting arrests:


— Amanda Flowers Grimes, 34, charged with civil contempt for child support at 470 Grimes Road in Tar Heel on Oct. 31.


— Gale Lashawn Highsmith, charged with violating a protective order at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 1.


— Emery Neil Lee, 18, charged with civil contempt for child support at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 2.


— Chimere Nicole White, 31, charged with civil contempt for child support at Martin Luther King Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 3.


— Linda Hester Edwards, 44, charged with felony larceny at 17022 N.C. 242 Hwy. South in Bladenboro on Nov. 3.


— Valerie Ann Haskett, 44, charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon against a government official at 13084 N.C. 242 Hwy. North in Garland on Nov. 3.


— Pamela Michelle Wright, 28, charged with assault and battery at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 4.


— Cooper Lee Davis, 28, charged with assault on a female at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtowbn on Nov. 4.


— Steven Andrew Cain, 21, charged with felony breaking and/or entering at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 4.


— Tina May Jernigan, 38, charged with felony trafficking opium or heroin at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Nov. 5.
