ELIZABETHTOWN — The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office has released its victim and arrest report for Aug. 14 through Aug. 20.


The report shows 63 victims of crime — including 14 reports of breaking and/or entering, and 12 reports of larceny.


There were also 20 arrests during that same time.


The following are the more interesting and/or important arrests:


— James Franklin Simmons, 53, charged with assault on a female at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Aug. 15.


— Duwayne Marcellus Beckwith, 43, charged with assault of a handicapped person at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Aug. 15.


— Christopher Shirer, 36, charged with felony assault with physical injury and resisting a public officer at 94 King Robinson Drive in Elizabethtown on Aug. 15.


— Jonathan Jerome Autry, 23, charged with assault of a handicapped person at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Aug. 16.


— William Michael Corey, 50, charged with felony conversion at 106 Courthouse Drive in Elizabethtown on Aug. 16.
