DUBLIN – Bladen Community College will offer the 2015-16 Broker-in-Charge Annual Review class (four-hour CE BICAR Course No. 8813) on Monday, Feb. 08, from 1 until 5 p.m. on the main campus in building 2, room 202.

This BICAR course will focus on record retention requirements, employment issues, and selected Commission disciplinary cases. All BICS/BICs eligible persons must complete this course each full licensing period after being designated a BIC. There is a $70 per person registration fee.

All BICs/BICs eligible persons must also complete the NC Real Estate Update course, (4-hour CE Update Course #9913). The 2015-2016 NC Real Estate Update class will be offered on Tuesday, Feb. 9, from 8:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the main campus in building 2, room 202. This year’s mandatory Real Estate Update course will teach documented changes, sales of vacation rentals, real estate agent and broker safety, and changes in real estate license laws and/or Commission rules. There is a $70 per person registration fee.

The college is also offering Real Estate Ethics, (four-hour CE Elective Course No. 3117), on Tuesday, Feb. 9, from 1:30 until 5:30 p.m., on the main campus in building 2, room 202. This NAR – Real Estate Ethics course explores the ethical issues surrounding real estate transactions using the NAR’s Code of Ethics to discuss real life experiences through case studies. There is a $70 per person registration fee.

Students must bring their current N.C. real estate pocket renewal card to every class.
