DUBLIN — A joint effort between the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office, North Carolina Alcohol Enforcement Division and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol put a Bladen County man in jail over the weekend on drug and alcohol charges.
According to Sheriff Jim McVicker, resident complaints about large parties, drug activity and alcohol sales at Club Many Things off Owen Hill Road in Dublin gave law enforcement reason to utilize a search warrant at the facility.
“During the search, agents seized several coolers with beer and several bottles of liquor as well as cocaine,” McVicker said.
Arrested was Reginald Tatum, 34, of Robin Drive, who was charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell alcohol without a permit.
Tatum’s bond was set at $50,000 secured.
