ELIZABETHTOWN — Bladen County Sheriff Jim McVicker is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

The family of Dean Anthony Clark Jr. reported him missing on Friday, Dec. 30, but he has not been seen or heard from since early November 2016.

According to the father, Dean Clark Sr., he was in weekly phone contact with his son but has not been able to locate him.

Clark was last known to be living in the Council area of Bladen County but should be considered homeless. He is known to hang around Clarkton, Whiteville and Lumberton.

Clark is a black male, 32 years of age, medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, with some facial hair. He is 5-foot, 10-inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Clark was last seen wearing a black jacket and flowered pajama bottom pants.

The family has been concerned recently with his mental health and is asking if anyone has seen or knows the whereabouts of Dean Anthony Clark Jr. that they immediately contact the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office at 862-6960.
