RESOLUTION To ESTABLISH LAKE CREEK PRECINCT for future elections.
WHEREAS, the Bladen County Board of Elections has the authority to establish a precinct site; under G.S’. 163-128 and G.S. 163-129.
WHEREAS, the Bladen County Board of Elections has the responsibility to conduct elections for the citizens of Bladen County/Lake Creek Precinct.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Bladen County Board of
Elections, by unanimous vote, proposed to establish Bay Tree Fire
Department, located at 12717 NC 41 Hwy E. Harrells, NC 28444 as the Lake
Creek Precinct. This site is located within the established boundary lines of Lake Creek.
